My first impression of it was that it looked a little old and kind of not so cheerful, but it turned out to be exactly what we needed. At times, we noticed that they would get confused about getting medications on time; however, they were very good to my parents.

They set my grandmother up with a exercise therapist who was to help her daily in trying to keep up with her movements. They also kept sheets that would document her progress so I was always informed as to what was going on with her even when she could not respond.

Overall, my impresion and the facility was with overall staisfaction. My grandmother was there for a couple of months before she passed. The overall sutuation was very heavy on the heart--draining emotionally and physically. The best compliment I can give is that I did not notice them which means that they did not hinder the process in such a stressful time.
